Reservation and
Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to
confirm reservations with a signed rental agreement.  The deposit must be received within 10 days of booking. We accept checks, VISA or Mastercard by phone or mail. There is a $25 cancellation fee prior to 60 days of reservation date.  If cancellation is less than 60 days and not rebooked,
you will be refunded 50% of
your deposit.

Come stay with us for a one-of-a-kind experience in luxury lodging in the heart of elk country.  We are the perfect setting for your family vacation, wedding, special event, or business retreat.  We are located on Highway 43 in Ponca, Arkansas.

You rent the entire lodge so your group can stay together under one roof.  The lodge is a merger between luxury and nature in a blend of native stone, cedar timbers and fine hardwoods and provides the comforts of home.

Cedar Crest Lodge has an open 6,000 square foot floor plan and can accommodate up to 22 overnight guests.  There are four master suites each with a bedroom with a queen bed, separate sitting room with a single sleeper sofa, Jacuzzi tub, and screened in porch. 

The two upper suites have a
unique step ladder up to a
sleeping loft that has 2 full
size beds and a single fold
out bed.

Nature Conservency, hiking trail 500 ft. descent in 1 mile. Two track road, hiking trail, very scenic spring fed creek with outstanding spring wildflower show. Popular with photographers.  Remote.
Hawksbill Crag  (6 miles up Cave Mtn. road)    Map

Popular 3 mile round trip with 200 ft elevation change. Most photographed Arkansas Landmark. Trail can be rough, a few seasonal creeks.
Centerpoint Trailhead (5 miles north of Ponca on 43)    Map

This trailhead is popular with hikers and horsemen. It is one of two ways to famous Hemmed In Hollow, the dangerous Goat Trail, Sneeds Creek Trail, and Granny Henderson's cabin. Big elevation changes, not for out of shape hikers. 1,000 ft descent. For most, this is an all day hike requiring frequent rest stops.

Harrison is a small town of 12,000 that offers many services not available at Ponca or Jasper. Most businesses are north of the square, 40 minutes or more away from Ponca. For emergency car repairs it would be the closest destination.
